The rooms are clean and have a modern feel. The kitchenette is a great feature for longer stays. Parking can get tough during busy times. The nearby mini golf is a fun bonus. Would stay again.

The pool area is nice and great for relaxing, plus they have mini golf. Check-in was a bit tricky due to renovations. My room had a bad smell and the carpet could use a deep clean. Overall, it was okay for the price.

Great match for a short visit in Tucson with exceptional value. Nice new walk-in shower.

I stayed overnight for a golf tournament. The lobby still has work left, but the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The location is stellar—close to food and shopping in a nice area. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully remodeled with a firm bed and large bathroom. the lack of a working elevator is a significant oversight. The kitchenette lacked proper utensils, and the exterior entrances could use better signage. Despite these shortcomings, the pool area looked inviting. I’d return for the value and service, hoping the renovations enhance the experience.

The staff made a huge difference with their friendliness and efficiency, helping with upgrades and cancellations seamlessly. The newly-refurbished room was spacious and the shower was excellent. navigating the property wasn’t easy, especially at night. The unusual placement of the coffee maker near the toilet was puzzling, and the soaps provided lacked quality. On the downside, there were a few maintenance issues like a missing towel rack and slow service for extra towels. A mixed bag, but the location's proximity to attractions and restaurants added convenience. Would definitely give it another shot!

During my time at 3 Palms Tucson North Foothills, I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my recently renovated room, particularly the full-size fridge. The sound-proofing ensured a peaceful environment, which was perfect for my work needs. The responsive service staff added to my enjoyable experience.

The room was well-appointed with beautiful finishes and a very comfortable king-size bed, which helped with sleep despite some outside noise. The shower was incredible but the water temperature could have been warmer. The furniture arrangement was tight, making it less functional as a kitchen suite. Noise from outside was noticeable at times, but the location on the back side of the building helped mitigate it. The lack of a working elevator was inconvenient. Coffee was available in the morning, but I wished for light breakfast options.

The room was nicely furnished and had all the essential amenities, including dish soap. The pool area was a highlight, with perfect water temperature and a hot spa tub—it was a great place to relax. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making the overall experience pleasant. Located near various restaurants and stores, the hotel offered convenience for dining and shopping options.
The check-in process was tedious and felt invasive, with excessive information required and a lack of professionalism. Construction was ongoing during the stay, limiting access to amenities like food, beverages, and breakfast.

The pool area is a lovely retreat, perfect for a chilled afternoon. The room's decor impresses with premium quality, and the mattress feels like a cloud.
The coffee maker's bathroom location is just plain weird.

The remodeled property is such a delight, with the layout providing both comfort and functionality! I loved soaking up the afternoon sun by the beautiful pool despite the chilly weather. Plus, the daily cleanings and nearby amenities made my stay feel like a breath of fresh air.
can recommend ❤️😊

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially given how close we were to various attractions like Tohono Chul, which is just a 15-minute stroll away, and a range of restaurants like The Bagel Joint and Tucson Tamale Company, both just a few steps from the hotel, making it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot; the hotel itself was clean and featured modern upgrades, though it could improve by adding a breakfast option for morning convenience.

The place was a disaster! Rooms were tiny and uncomfortable, and, to top it off, we couldn't even get our room cleaned during our whole stay. The A/C barely worked, leaving us sweltering without any relief. Just avoid it!

Enjoyed the convenient location near great restaurants and stores. The room was freshly renovated, spotlessly clean, and came with a fully stocked kitchenette. the courtyard and pool were beautifully landscaped, providing a relaxing atmosphere.
The room was not fully renovated, with dirty carpets and worn-out furniture. The description did not match the reality, as the view wasn't as advertised.

We visited the Flandrau Science Center and Planetarium, where we saw cool sky shows and music laser shows. Plus, the hotel's location was primo for hitting up all the sick golf spots in Tucson!
We were hoping for a killer party scene at the hotel, but it was a bit chill. More young adult-friendly activities would have taken our vacay to the next level!

The hotel staff was friendly and the pool area looked nice.
The room was small and the decor felt too busy. There was a large blood stain on the carpet that was very concerning.

stay at 3 palms north foothills was great. the room was modern, clean, and refurbished with convenient amenities. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's rest. the breakfast was nice, and the separate sitting area in the room was a plus. overall, a very pleasant place to stay.
Cannot find any fault 😊

I appreciated the separate sitting area with a cozy sofa and desk, which allowed for some relaxation time away from the beds. The mini kitchenette was a nice touch, especially the microwave which was cleverly hidden away. I found the placement of the fridge on the floor in the closet a bit odd and inconvenient. The bathroom was clean and functional, although I would have preferred the sink to be outside of the main bathroom area for easier access. The shower was great and the air conditioning worked well with minimal noise, providing a comfortable environment. Unfortunately, there were a couple of downsides to our stay. The elevator was quite a distance from our room on the third floor, making it a long walk each time we needed to use it. the construction materials in the parking area were a bit unsightly and the transition from the parking lot to the walkway felt hazardous, as I experienced a fall due to a small step that was easy to miss. the renovated room had a modern style that was impressive, and the amenities like the pool and jacuzzi added to the pleasant experience.

The location of 3 Palms Tucson North Foothills was perfect for my birding trip. I appreciated the quiet room and the helpful staff. The two-room layout was convenient, even though the frig and microwave were a bit hard to access. The room was nice overall, though the coffee table and cabinets were a bit worn. The hotel's effort to accommodate my physical disability was much appreciated. I'll recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed the resort-style pool and putting green. The hotel offered top-notch service and luxury lodging.
So convenient having construction noise as my alarm clock every morning.

We had a great time at this hotel during our visit to Tucson. The location on a major road made it easy to get around, although we did have some trouble finding the entrance. The room was spacious and the linens were top-notch. The highlight was definitely the newly remodeled room, which exceeded our expectations. The pool area was also fantastic, with a mini golf area that we enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The lack of breakfast and the missing coffee pot tray, which inconvenienced us a bit.
